Foreman of the Toy Making division Joe has The List – and he’s using it. Checking it many more times than twice, Joe is responsible for ensuring that each believer receives their perfect gift. A job certainly not for the faint hearted, he is in constant communication with Santa providing progress updates, fulfilling any last minute changes or requests. For without the Believers, there is no magic and Christmas is just not Christmas.
