Sous Chef of the dessert kitchen, Gabriel shares a great responsibility within the Santa’s Pantry kitchen. As Sous Chef, he has the run of the kitchen, reporting directly to Santa & Mrs C. Managing magical food and mischievous elves can be a challenge but he wouldn’t have it any other way. Gabriel ensures each item is lovingly baked with a sprinkle of magic in every bite.
