🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

NOTE: Shipping charges mentioned at checkout are only applicable to Australian delivery addresses. For overseas delivery, please refer to the International Orders section below.

Delivery method, timing, and charges can vary between products, so please refer to product pages for the specific information for each item.

📦 Dispatch

Your item(s) will be dispatched within 5 business days of receiving your order and payment. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a confirmation email.

🏡 Delivery Policy: Authority to Leave (ATL)

For all residential deliveries, we operate on an ‘Authority to Leave’ (ATL) basis. By placing an order, you authorize the carrier to leave the package at your address without obtaining a signature.

• The carrier will only leave the package if they determine the location is a safe and secure place (e.g., protected from weather and out of sight from the street).

• Risk: Once the carrier confirms the ATL delivery, the responsibility and risk of loss transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for theft or loss following a successful ATL delivery.

If you do not have a safe place to leave packages, please consider using alternative delivery options (such as a business address) at checkout. Please Contact Us for more information or assistance arranging an alternative method.

✍️ Delivery Details & Specific Items

To provide flexibility, most items can be shipped to a business address if this is preferred.

🚨 Unsuccessful Deliveries & Shipping Cost Retention

If a delivery is unsuccessful (e.g., deemed unsafe to leave, address inaccessible, or failure to collect/rearrange delivery) and the item is subsequently returned to us by the carrier:

• The original shipping cost will be retained and will not be refunded. This covers the expense already incurred for the failed delivery attempt.

• We will contact you to arrange a re-delivery (which will incur a new shipping fee) or process a refund for the cost of the goods only.

⏰ Delivery Delays

Although we take all reasonable efforts to ensure your order is delivered within the specified time, there can sometimes be delays due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g., extreme weather, carrier disruptions). We will make every effort to inform you of any unexpected delay and resolve any issues with our shipping partners as quickly as possible.

Shipping charges are based on your total shopping basket value, as detailed below:

Additional Shipping Notes:

• Christmas Trees: Charged at a flat rate per tree as per the product page. We reserve the right to limit tree quantities sent to regional and remote locations.

• Large Items: May have a set postage rate, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.

🌍 International Orders

Overseas delivery costs can be calculated based on your final order and delivery location.

To obtain a shipping quote: Please email us what you would like to order along with the full delivery address, and we will be in contact with the calculated shipping costs before you finalise your purchase.

🎨 Hand-Painted & Unique Decorations

Some of our decorations are lovingly hand-painted and finished, making each piece wonderfully unique. Because of this artisanal process, slight variations are a natural part of their charm.
